Agave is a Neighborhood in Far East Austin, Texas. It's bounded on the north by Loyola and on the south by 969. It's about halfway (west to east) between US 183/Ed Bluestein Blvd and Decker Lane.

It's a unique neighborhood that is very diverse ethnically, socioeconomically, and architecturally.

We have active, involved, residents/owners, and it this site is an attempt to have an even more effective and collaborative neighborhood.

The Property Owners Association is presently under the control of InTown Homes, the builder/developer/declarant of the Agave Neighborhood and is managed by Pioneer Real Estate . Other property owners get input via votes for three (3) property owner-based representatives, but until (some percentage/number that I don't know about for sure) of the lots are sold, InTown will retain control.

The POA via its selected management company is responsible for enforcing the Bylaws and CC&Rs . The board itself reviews, both as required and upon request, the decisions and fines determined by the POA Management company.
